We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will be:
Collaborating with the Qualtrics product owner (HR Employee Listening), HR Technology, Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the Qualtrics product backlogCapturing, analysing and documenting business processParticipating in the design of solutions to address business requirementsConfiguring solutions using the Qualtrics platformWorking with wider HR Tech teams to deliver end to end technical solutions e.g. integration, embedded surveysDeveloping excellent platform knowledge through self-learning, training courses and collaboration with professional services teamsActively participating in the Qualtrics Pod e.g. resolution of system defects, delivery of service requests, devleopment of changes, upgrades/patching, proactive monitoring of system health and performanceTesting config to ensure it meets requirements and qualityAligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controlsWriting appropriate functional and technical documentation for all deliveryIdentifying continuous improvement opportunities e.g. user experience, security, quality, error detection and performance enhancements
