We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be:

Collaborating with the Qualtrics product owner (HR Employee Listening), HR Technology, Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the Qualtrics product backlogCapturing, analysing and documenting business processParticipating in the design of solutions to address business requirementsConfiguring solutions using the Qualtrics platformWorking with wider HR Tech teams to deliver end to end technical solutions e.g. integration, embedded surveysDeveloping excellent platform knowledge through self-learning, training courses and collaboration with professional services teamsActively participating in the Qualtrics Pod e.g. resolution of system defects, delivery of service requests, devleopment of changes, upgrades/patching, proactive monitoring of system health and performanceTesting config to ensure it meets requirements and qualityAligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controlsWriting appropriate functional and technical documentation for all deliveryIdentifying continuous improvement opportunities e.g. user experience, security, quality, error detection and performance enhancements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience of working with the Qualtrics platform or similar SaaS survey/employee experience technologyExperience of data or statistical analysis .Has worked successfully within a DevOps and Agile team/environmentProven self-starter who can operate and develop without close supervisionExperience in software development and/or application configuration skills.Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment – demonstrable ability to adapt to different cultures .Experience of working in virtual, geographically dispersed locations and timezonesExperience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Release ManagementExperience of producing technical specifications and documentation .Experience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmapsKnowledge of Qualtrics platform functionality, configuration, support resources and roadmapsKnowledge of HR employee lifecycle and business processes .Knowledge of APIs and integration technology .Knowledge of SaaS technologyStrong Analytical and Problem Solving skills .Strong Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skillsSkilled in creative and lateral thinking .Good Influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills in workshops and presentation formatsAdvanced skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Visio (or similar)
