Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Qualtrics Analyst for large enterprise consumer healthcare client. This role supports HR functions for 20,000+ employees globally. The Qualtrics Analyst will assist the team in platform design and enhancements, as well as various facets of Qualtrics surveys and reporting. Qualtrics surveys include annual engagement surveys, exit surveys, candidate experience surveys, etc. This candidate will be given requirements and will need to go into the platform to design surveys, conduct UAT testing, provide analysis of the responses and create visualization dashboards. Most surveys are already created, and the role would focus on building enhancements to engagement surveys or pulse surveys that are sent to employees on a quarterly basis.
