Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate in Cleveland, OH: Collect and clean data to ensure the data is correct, consistent and usable by identifying any errors or corruptions in the data, correcting or deleting them. Develop insights and deliver predictive analysis that answers business problems related to predictions. Conduct statistical quantitative analysis including hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis on large data sets. Identify types of information needed for statistical analysis or to inform business questions. Create data structures and transformations to be leveraged by groups for analysis. Develop, maintain, and anticipate considerations in the implementation of datasets to solve business problems and needs. Use of Tableau, Data Prep, python, R, and SQL. Requires a Master’s degree in Operations Research (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twelve (12) months in job or job related experience to include job duties listed above. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary rate of $96,500 annually. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
