BSc in Quantity Surveying Proficient in CCS/Candy Proficient in BuildSmart Familiar with QTO measuring Must be familiar with JBCC Contracts Minimum of 5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Managing costs on a wide variety of building projects Oversee and report all site cost management functions Preparing tender and contract documents Assigning work to subcontractors Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
