Responsibilities:
Compilation of tender documentation Prepare and settle final accounts. Carry out estimating function in multi-disciplinary engineering & built environment projects. Measuring and compiling of bills of quantities for tender purposes. Understanding and experience in compilation and management of standard construction & engineering contracts Compilation and negotiation of contracts Perform on/off site re-measurement, assessments and agree variations. Manage a number of projects and different team members concurrently. Undertaking client facing interactions.Requirements:
