Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible subject to clearance
Salary Range: £35,000 - £55,000 Depending on Experience
Benefits Package: Private Health Care, 8% Pension Contribution, Full Paid Family Support Leave, Flexible Working Hours.

Working Location: Site based (potential of Hybrid through development)
Hours of work: 40hrs per week

Role & Responsibilities:
* Development of a cost plans for a complex project utilising Cost X estimating software
* Monthly reporting on cost movement.
* Engagement in Value Engineering and risk workshops and providing strategic cost advice to both
* Advising design colleagues on the cost implications of alternative design options
* Advising on and supporting procurement of a contractors
* Building relationships with design colleagues, Strong communication with Client stakeholders and the Contractors.
* Other duties related to the role

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* RICS Qualifications or working towards
* Experience within a highly regulated industry preferable
* Minimum 2 to 3 Years experience within a Quantity Surveyor role.

This role does require the candidate to be able to obtain Security clearance.
