Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveyor / Structural Engineer: Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and procurement schedules. Manage budgets, contracts, and project cost controls. Conduct site inspections and measurements as needed. Design: Interpret architectural and engineering plans for the design of custom roof trusses. Ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with the design team to optimize solutions for various projects. Project Management: Plan and oversee projects from concept to completion. Manage timelines, resources, and communication between stakeholders. Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and quality expectations. Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of structural design, project management, and cost estimation. Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
