The Role
As a Quarry Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily mining & crushing operations to ensure the efficient and safe production of aggregates. You will manage a team, monitor production processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted and be responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.
In your new role, you will:
Supervise and coordinate quarry production activities, ensuring targets are metEnforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across the siteLead, train, and motivate quarry staff to maximise efficiency and teamworkWork closely with the Site Maintenance Supervisor to monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance, minimizing downtimeMaintain accurate production records and report on performance metricsIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainabilityEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulationsBring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and othersGo home every night driving your fully maintained company vehicleAbout you:
