Wagners are currently seeking experienced and safety-minded Quarry Supervisor to join our team to work at the Shepton Quarry. Based between Capella and Emerald. This is a permanent full-time position and will report directly into the Quarry Manager.

Duties

Provide effective and positive team leadership Conduct pre-starts and toolbox meetings Reporting requirements Operating machinery – Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck, Water Cart, Moxy 

Skills & experience

Solid experience in a supervisory role as well as crushing experience within a quarry environment S123 Demonstrate competent computer skills Safe work ethic Mechanical knowledge (advantageous) Current Class ‘C’ Driver’s License
