Here at Quick, our Los Angeles site is looking for a new Billing Auditor to join our Air Logistics team. **Your Role** Match and control independent driver manifests to data already entered in the QuickTrac system. Ensure accurate payment to ICs (Independent Contractors) when compared to agreed-to rate sheets. Review and resolve discrepancies/address concerns with ICs and LSPs (local service providers) and authorize payment. **Your Responsibilities** + Review all independent contractor (IC) manifest and other invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment + Authorizes payment to vendors by monitoring discount opportunities such as “doubled with”, tolls, weekend charges etc. resolving discrepancies and updating manifests and QuickTrac as appropriate + Prepare spreadsheets to measure expenses for ICs, house drivers and local service providers (LSPs) + Prepare IC payables check report + Frequent interaction via phone and e-mail with ICs, LSPs, house drivers and dispatch management + You will maintain all IC files, auditOn-time KPI reports, and be the pointof contact for purchasing **Your Skills and Experiences** + A minimum of 1-2 years industry related experience + 1-2 years Customer service and dispatch of Air cargo + Proficient with technology, Microsoft suite, Tableau, Excel, and AI + Accounts payable or receivable experience is preferred + Knowledge of contracts and contract language is preferred **Good Reasons to Join** At Quick we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
