Join Our Team as a Logistics Inventory Control Specialist! Are you detail-oriented and passionate about logistics and inventory management? In this role, you'll be pivotal in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth operations at our Newark and Secaucus, NJ datacenter sites. **Your Role** In this role, you will be accountable for continuously monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies, and leading physical inventory counts and periodic audits. You will also conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory precision and utilize Excel to maintain and analyze complex spreadsheets. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to rotate between sites, fostering varied and engaging responsibilities. If you have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel, we encourage you to apply and take your career to the next level. **Your Responsibilities** + Perform warehouse duties using equipment (Forklift, Raymond Reach, Reverse) + Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances + Managing physical inventory counts on short timelines + Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts + Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D) program + Processing claims and warehouse transfers + Inspecting and correcting Inventory Diagnostics + Client exit and deletion procedures + Entry and release of the count plans within the Warehouse Management System + Picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing + Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System + Identifies nonconformities and potential nonconformities + Any other duties as assigned **Your Skills and Experiences** + 3-5 years of related industry experience + Customer Service experience required + High School diploma or GED required with equivalentwork experience + Group Leadership skills + Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/Restricted ArticleRegulations Preferred **Good Reasons to Join** At Quick we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
