Quick Specialty - Logistics Datacenter Manager

Here at Quick Specialty, our Somerset is looking for a new Logistics Datacenter Manager to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role As the Logistics Datacenter Manager, you will oversee the staff at the Somerset datacenter, including all supervisors and their direct reports. Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contract requirements. Collaborate with the client to continuously improve processes and maintain adherence to all secure protocols outlined in the task orders. Your Responsibilities You manage overall datacenter employee activities (onsite warehouse and supervisors)Interact with Client regional management on issues and new developmentsEnsure all datacenter inventory management activities are adhered to and are currentSpearhead implementation of new processes within the datacenter as it relates to our team and client processesEnsure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are followed by all onsite personnelBuild and enhance local client relationships while expanding the shipping and logistics business following the initial project implementation.Management of warehouse operations in the datacenterProvide support in on-site as well as off-site\r\n projects and fulfillmentsReporting to Regional Manager Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of management of warehouse datacenter experience5+ years of experience in IT7+years of people management experience Experience managing relationships with upper management for both; internal and external stakeholders Experience with ServiceNow, highly preferred  Good Reasons to Join At Quick Specialty we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
