**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler** **Job Description** + We are seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers to join our team. You will be assembling catheters that prevent aneurysms in the brain, working in a cleanroom environment with a microscope and small hand tools. + This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a specialized field, with potential for growth and benefits once permanent. + Monday through Saturday, 5:00am start time. + Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. + Average hours worked are 45 to 55 hours a week position. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small components such as coiling wire and small tubing using small hand tools. + Work with a microscope for extended periods to ensure precision and quality. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a cleanroom environment. + Perform GDP review and work within the ERP system on a computer to open and close work orders. + Issue materials to work orders and perform cycle counts of inventory in a cleanroom. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work under a microscope for long periods. + Proficiency with small hand tools. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work on small components. + Good attendance, quality, and performance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry Level position, no prior experience required as training will be provided. + Experience in medical devices, electronics, or similar industries is a plus. + Skills with coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment (ruler, VIS, snap gauge, calipers, micrometer) are beneficial. + Ability to work long hours and maintain focus on detailed tasks. **Why Work Here?** + Once permanent, the company covers 100% of benefits for employees and 50% for immediate family members. + Employees are offered great incentives such as 401K, paid time off, holiday pay, and full medical coverage. + The company values good attendance, quality, and performance, and provides opportunities for growth and development. + They do not expect new hires to be experts from the start but offer comprehensive training and support. **Work Environment** + You will work in a cleanroom environment, requiring full gowning. + The manager is understanding and supportive, valuing good attendance and effort. + Employees are encouraged to communicate and build good relationships as long as quality work is maintained. + The position typically requires working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, averaging 45 to 55 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** + This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
