Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a QuickBase Manager in the Communications industry, located in FORT MORGAN, Colorado. This role involves overseeing QuickBase operations and supporting the successful implementation of critical projects. The QuickBase Manager will act as a problem solver and support to our team, ensuring effective issue resolution and timely progress. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage QuickBase operations within the organization • Serve as the first point of contact for any QuickBase-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution • Work closely with team members to diagnose and resolve operational challenges within QuickBase • Provide training and assist in onboarding team members to use QuickBase effectively • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of QuickBase-related tasks • Offer organizational support to maintain project momentum and ease team burdens • Ensure data accuracy and integration within QuickBase are monitored and managed • Support the development and implementation of QuickBase workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency • Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure alignment on business processes and data requirements Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. • Proficiency in QuickBase, including the ability to create and manage databases. • Experience in a liaison role, ideally between technical and non-technical teams. • Strong system administration skills, with a focus on maintaining and improving system performance. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
