Your Role You will manage and monitor key account customers, ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies. Your responsibility is to consistently satisfy the needs of QuickSTAT customers and promote excellence in customer service throughout the organization. Collaborate with Operations and Sales Management to maximize client satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll work with JFK Management on the JIR (Job Incident Report) and assist with investigation timelines. Your Responsibilities Ensure\r\nclient satisfaction, Monitor and manage the overall daily operation during\r\nassigned shift.  Offering\r\nassistance/guidance to all that need it. \r\nCorrect and alert potential or actual problems to the Director of Customer\r\nService.  Manage internal departments as\r\nassignedSpecialist (Biopharma) courier\r\n operationsExcellent broad understanding of\r\n courier operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & TransportSpecific knowledge of Clinical\r\n Trial Logistics to include:Temperature controlled shipping and\r\n packingClinical trial courier operations\r\n and client set upBroad understanding of regulatory\r\n requirements specific to Clinical Trial LogisticsContribute, develop & implement\r\n new procedures and policies that increase efficiencies and achieve a high\r\n standard of performance from the staffAssess staffing needs daily to\r\n ensure all work is being captioned on all QIC systemsTo undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Senior Management.Ensure compliance with\r\ncompany policies and proceduresReport to National Air Logistics Healthcare ManagerSchedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
