QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist

Here at QuickSTAT, our Jamaica/Queens/New York site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role As the Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing the coordination of customer shipments by securing buy rates (when required) as well as capacity with qualified carriers/partners. Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist will be part of a team responsible for coordinating transport activities by: executing the necessary bookings with our partners, executing the requisite data entry associated with transport document generation, generating the required documentation, and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure specific requirements are met (Transit Times, Carrier selection, Routings etc). Your Responsibilities Track and trace shipments thru alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestonesCommunicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors (service partners and airlines / carriers to ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are being satisfied consistentlyTo work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), Customer Service and the Commercial BusinessDevelopment (BD) team to ensure maximum client satisfactionTo identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Management and update clients in conjunction with Customer ServiceEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresUnderstand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customersEnsure compliance with all required training certificationsReport to Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist Your Skills and Experiences Associate's degree or equivalent experience 1+ year of experience in logistics or Call Center Customer ServiceMust be able to type 30+ WPM
