Your Role Develop and maintain relationships with clients\r\nProvide shipment-specific processing and timely\r\ncommunication of order updates. Your Responsibilities Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirementsEnsure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivityAssist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management teamTo undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the management teamEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresUnderstand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customersEnsure compliance with all required training certifications Your Skills and Experiences This is a 24/7/365 Facility and flexibility to work any shift is requiredHighschool diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or cargoBilingual Spanish/English preferredComprehensive knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring devices available to support the
