QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist

Here at QuickSTAT, our Doral site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. **Your Role** Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates. **Your Responsibilities** + Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements + Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures. + Escalate all client issues to the management team as required. + Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity + Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team + To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the management team + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures + Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers + Ensure compliance with all required training certifications **Your Skills and Experiences** + This is a 24/7/365 Facility and flexibility to work any shift is required + Highschool diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or cargo + Bilingual Spanish/English preferred + Comprehensive knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring devices available to support thebiopharmaceutical industry - preferably + Reliability and Dependability (primary) + Computer proficiency (MS Office or related programs essential) + Excellent time management skills **Good Reasons to Join** There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
