**Job Title:** Quotation Specialist – Field Services **Location:** Bethlehem, PA **Salary:** $65,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience) **Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Quotation Specialist to provide timely and accurate quotations for Field Service and Aftermarket Product offers for our Central Lighting Inverter systems. This role involves close collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all necessary information is complete. + Interact with vendors and in-house technicians to obtain special pricing and special-order items. + Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and gather required information from customers. + Communicate frequently and enthusiastically with customers via phone and email. + Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing for all requested products and services. + Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. + Ensure all quotes comply with company policies and procedures. + Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, delivering exceptional customer service. + Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and pursue opportunities effectively. + Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting. + Provide complete and vetted order-entry documents to the Service administration staff. + Use Salesforce.com to record and manage opportunities from Prospecting to Won or Lost. + Contribute to new process and procedure development to improve efficiency. + Attend department meetings and stay informed on company updates and strategies. + Establish and attain monthly and annual orders forecasts using pipeline and analytical data. **Requirements:** + Experience in technical or aftermarket service sales. + Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office software suite. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage priorities effectively. + Passionate, hardworking, ambitious, and self-motivated. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. + 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce CRM. + Experience in the electrical or lighting industry is preferred. **Why Join Us?** We value our employees and offer competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative work environment.
