Summary Job title: Quotation Specialist Trainee - Switchgear Sales Job ID: 202559670002 Department: Portland - CED Location: OR-Portland Description Summary: The Quotations Specialist –Switchgear works closely with our Sales Team & Customers to quote and coordinate pre-bid takeoffs. The position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills as well as technical expertise. Quotations Specialist will be soliciting pricing from vendors and multi-tasking multiple project bid opportunities. As a Trainee, you will be exposed to various roles of the business - Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and more! - leading up to the role of a Quotations Specialist. Reports to: Operations and PC Manager Minimum Qualifications: + A minimum of one year of customer service experience + Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems + Familiarity with Office Suite software + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in Construction management or related field Working Conditions: Working conditions will be standard for an office environment & warehouse.
