Quotations Coordinator - Industrial Valve

This is a remote position with potential for hybrid work depending on location. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations with a strong focus on valves for Industrial Capital Projects according to local market strategyLead all aspects of valve quotations, from start to finish, so that it is completed by specified deadlines and within budgetWork directly with customers and vendors to determine project scope, specifications, and requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with servicing branches, ensuring their satisfaction with our product offerings and servicesInteract and develop vendor relationships to support salesEstablish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers as neededIdentify, develop, and gather the resources to assist with completing awarded projectsProvide a high level of assistance to project managers to ensure projects are carried out accordinglySelf-motivated to learn and train continuously to stay up to date on products and processes

Qualifications:

4+ years equivalent work experience in valve related sales and/or quotations requiredAdvanced knowledge of valve products and vendorsExperience with reading and interpreting valve specificationsThorough knowledge of valve testing methods and industry standardsPrior success as a remote professionalStrong communication, time management and organizational skillsHigh aptitude for working independently and self-managementDetail-orientated with a solid ability to organize and prioritize workAbility to effectively multi-task in a highly deadline driven environmentAdvanced proficiency with Office 365 required, applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
