**Position:** Quote Services Associate III **Job Description:** Arrow Electronics is looking for Quote Services Associate III to join our team in Guadalajara! This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Responsible for managing open customer quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities and inform field sales + Interface with multiple departments within Arrow, including supply chain, sales, purchasing, asset management, and finance as needed + Negotiate with suppliers and find the best solution for the customer, work in close partnership with the sales team + Identify and correct any pricing discrepancies, create and renew prices into the system for current and new opportunities + Other duties as assigned **What We're Looking For:** + Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent related experience + Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English + Strong negotiating and follow up abilities + Strong attention to detail + Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel **Even Better if You Have:** + Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
