Job Description

The successful candidate will effectively contribute solid technical knowledge to a variety of projects within the relevant subject area with minimal assistance and display technical understanding of related subject areas. Key responsibilities include implementing non-routine strategies, focusing on innovation and process improvement, and conducting research to achieve technical visions. The role involves directing other analytical chemists, acting as a study director, collaborating with various functions, conducting analytical problem-solving, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires maintaining knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality system regulations to ensure compliance in all research, data collection, and reporting activities. The role also involves sharing research outcomes and methodologies with team members and other personnel.
