This position is with the Commercialization Engineering team within the Industrial Wood division of PCG located in Greensboro, NC.  The position is responsible for R&D/Engineering related processes required to manufacture Sherwin-Williams coatings, including the optimization of existing processes and scale-up of new processes from the lab, through pilot, and into the production environment.  This position will interface with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and counterpart Engineering teams on quality / productivity projects, process optimization, best practices, and process innovation as a source of competitive advantage.
