Job Title: R&D Chemist Job Description Seeking a dedicated R&D Chemist to perform chemical formulation of products including emulsions, dispersions, suspensions, and coatings. The role involves overseeing and managing multiple projects from development to production. Responsibilities include scaling up formulas for production, conducting lab work for new formulations, and ensuring quality control measures. The candidate will also engage in research to stay current with industry trends, work with vendors and third-party labs, and assist in training new lab personnel. Work Environment Chemical Lab based role. 70-75% lab work, 20-25% meetings and office work, 5-10% housekeeping and remedial lab tasks. 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility for overtime as needed.
