In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and development of new chemical products, processes, and technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and ensure the successful development of new solutions!_** **Schedule:** M-F 1 st shift **Pay:** 53K – 73K DOE **Type:** Temp to Hire **Location:** Cincinnati, OH **Responsibilities** + Design and execute experiments to develop new chemical formulations and processes. + Conduct analysis and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. + Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other departments to integrate new solutions into existing systems. + Document experimental procedures, results, and recommendations. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes or product formulations. + Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and scientific advancements. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s in chemistry or a related field. + Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an R&D or laboratory setting + Strong knowledge of chemical principles and lab techniques. **_***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
