R&D Design Engineer Co-Op 

     

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

Support design, development, and implementation of new sterile disposable product designs utilized in radiology and cardiovascular medical procedures;Conduct or support testing in a R&D lab environment to verify concept product designs;Research new technologies associated with sterile medical disposable products;Support verification / validation testing of production intent products using novel product designs;Create various design history file documentation throughout the product development process including technical assessments, test protocols / reports, and various engineering documentation.

 

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

 

Required Qualifications:

Must be in an Engineering major in the following disciplines: Biomedical, Mechanical, or Plastics Must be actively entering into Junior through Graduate year of college;Attention to detail, goal seeker, and demonstrated strong work ethic;Proficient with Microsoft Office tools MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;Competency in the use of lab equipment Preferred: Experience in 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (CREO, SolidWorks, etc.).  YOUR APPLICATION
