This role focuses on driving new slurry development, improving existing products, and exploring emerging technologies in oil and gas well cementing. The R&D Director ensures alignment of R&D efforts with business objectives and customer expectations.

Lead the R&D team in creating innovative cementing solutions that enhance well integrity and performance.Oversee improvements to existing cementing products, emphasizing performance, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.Explore and integrate new technologies and materials into cementing solutions to maintain industry leadership.Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales teams to align R&D initiatives with business strategies and customer needs.Manage the R&D project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Mentor and develop the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to inform R&D strategies.Represent the company at industry conferences and collaborate with external partners, including universities and research institutions.
