R&D Director Job Description We are seeking an experienced R&D Director to join our team and drive technical change and advancement. The ideal candidate will lead organic product growth as the technology leader, partnering with a team of Engineers to achieve these goals. Hard Skills + 15+ years in Leadership roles for instrumentation research & development + Experience using external investments to drive technology access and development + Experience working with an electro-mechanical product + Experience with new product release/introduction + Strong Project Management experience + Experience in medical device industry, high tech manufacturing, electro-mechanical products + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Soft Skills + Research and development + Innovation Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Boulder, Colorado and some days remote.
