Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated R&D Engineer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechanical design, advanced analytical skills, and a proficiency in computer design software. You will be responsible for transforming design concepts into physical objects, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our products. A valid CA Driver License and proof of automobile insurance are required.

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Camarillo, California.
Work Environment
You will work hands-on in our PD Lab to test proof of concept and various product performance testing. You will coordinate with the R&D Director, other R&D and Engineering team members, Sales, and Purchasing departments. This role includes market research, product redesign, overseeing production processes, and presenting product designs to management and stakeholders.
