Description
Design and develop drug combination products
Use statistical tools, computer analysis, and engineering fundamentals to solve complex problems.
Apply design for manufacturing principles and geometric dimensioning and tolerance tools to create engineering drawings.
Identify the best tools and approaches to solve engineering problems.
Develop, optimize, and analyze designs using engineering principles, analytical, and experimental methods.
Evaluate and assess new technologies, intellectual property, products, and processes.
Support current products in terms of quality, manufacturing, and cost improvement.
Execute technical and cross-functional project work.
Write detailed technical reports based on design verification testing.
Develop and implement test methods.
Create realistic and actionable design plans.
Collaborate with laboratory technicians and support staff.
Ensure compliance with quality policies, standard operating procedures, and practices.
Knowledge of and experience with Factory Acceptance Testing, Process Validation, and IQ/OQ/PQ’s required.
Must understand US regulatory and quality requirements such as 21CFR820.30.
Skills & Qualifications
MUST:
-BS in a Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering Degree
-5+ Years experience in product development
-Medical Device industry experience
-Product Design
-Solidworks

Exposure to combination products
Masters Degree

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
