Summary: Seeking an R&D Engineer to design, maintain, and improve magnet wire products and processes for electric vehicle applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical disciplines. Three years of product/process engineering experience. Hands-on experience with production and lab equipment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of magnet wire products and applications. Strong emphasis on fluid mechanics and metallurgy. Familiarity with project planning, management, and automotive product development practices (APQP).

Responsibilities:

Design and improve new or existing products/processes using engineering techniques. Manage R&D assignments aligned with corporate initiatives and automotive strategies. Support continuous improvement in design, testing practices, and manufacturing processes.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
