Purpose of the position
 

 

We are looking for a Specialist to join our team as an R&D Engineer. The role will be located in Zaragoza, Spain.

 

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities
 

 

Verify if the requirements established in the definition of a new product are feasible Design the components and main assemblies of the new cranes models according to the Product Specifications Contribute to define design tasks with designers and draftsmen, to generate manufacturing drawings Determination of the functional tests to be carried out participating in their monitoring and approval Proactive in innovative solutions Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action procedures Proficient in interacting with all functions within a business Give technical support to production, sales and after-sales during the life of the product

 

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed
 

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology or Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering Proficient in 3D design. Preferred CREO (ProEngineer) Understanding of manufacturing processes and their limitations Understanding of welding types and procedures Fluent written and spoken English Dynamic, methodical, enterprising person and strongly motivated to carry out team activities and promote the necessary activities and methodologies suitable for finalizing the tasks entrusted.

Will be considered an advantage:

 

PDMLink experience Design FMEA experience Knowledge of electronic and hydraulic systems Knowledge of European standards EN 12999 and EN 13001 Master´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Product Development Engineering.
