Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Manage and execute CCUS R&D projects according to Stage & Gate process, with emphasis on CO2 capture and mineralization + Design, develop, and test CCUS process solutions, manage project schedules and costs, improve and maintain test facilities + Assess, address, and mitigate risks associated with technology development, including technical, compliance, safety, and financial risks + Document results, write reports, report MIS, maintain databases, contribute to handbooks. + Present results to stakeholders/customers, at conferences, and in journal articles + Collaborate with other T&I units and external industrial and academic partners, and contribute to grant application preparation + Develop and evaluate ideas for new technical solutions in the area of responsibility. Identify and assess patentable inventions and contribute to IP filing.
