Summary: Seeking an R&D Engineer III to develop new technology, products, materials, and processes with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements:
5 - 8 Years with BS, 3 - 6 Years with MS, or 0 - 3 Years with PhD
Preferred Skills:
Experience with chemical processing and/or aseptic processing and associated equipment
Prototyping of fixtures/parts and test method development experience
Job Responsibilities:
Generate innovative solutions to market needs and submit idea disclosures
Complete complex engineering work in technology development, product design, testing materials/products, preparing specifications, process study, research investigation (clinical studies), and report preparation
Select techniques to solve complex problems and make sound design recommendations
Summarize, analyze, and draw conclusions from complex test results
Design and prepare complex reports for the technical community
Design and coordinate complex engineering tests and experiments
Coordinate, manage, document project goals/progress; recommend revisions as needed
Assess feasibility of proposed engineering evaluation tests/products/equipment
Interface with Physicians/Cath Lab personnel for feedback on new devices
Translate customer needs into product requirements/design specifications
Responsible for engineering documentation
Collaborate with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams on projects
Train/provide work direction to technicians and entry-level engineers
Demonstrate PDP/TPD system knowledge through high-quality deliverables
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
