You Are:
A seasoned expert in the EDA verification area with a deep understanding of related tools. You hold a Bachelor's degree and have over 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Your extensive knowledge and experience enable you to solve critical issues, novel problems, and broad design matters with minimal oversight. You are adept at managing complex projects and programs that span multiple related areas, and you possess the ability to influence others in ambiguous or sensitive situations. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with executive leadership and parties both within and outside of your functional area. Your independent judgment and strategic thinking drive the success of your assignments and contribute significantly to departmental results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing technical and engineering insight to support and improve the usability, applicability, and adoption of products, platforms, and solutions.

Defining and developing ASIC RTL design and verification at both chip and block levels.

Managing complex projects, programs, or processes that span multiple related areas with minimal oversight.

Communicating with executive leadership regarding matters of significant or strategic importance.

Coaching, reviewing, and approving the work of others as needed.

Implementing strategic goals determined by senior management with a direct impact on department results.
