Senior / Lead Software Developer - C/C++

Synopsys HAPS® Prototyping Solution improves time-to-market and helps avoid costly device re-spins by enabling early embedded software development and allowing hardware and software co-design well ahead of chip fabrication. Synopsys delivers HAPS solution, which dramatically accelerate software development, hardware verification and system validation from individual IP blocks to processor subsystems to complete SoCs. 
 
We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer to lead a high potential R&D team based in Sri Lanka. You will have the responsible for the team deliveries and enable cross team collaboration with teams based other geographies.  The team will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging and maintaining large and efficient software systems for RTL compilation, logic synthesis and optimization steps of the FPGA prototyping software.
 
Requirements:Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in software development. Project planning for software solution development.Lead a team and mentor junior engineers.Experience in programming with C/C++Excellent programming skills and passion for software developmentExpert in algorithmic programming, algorithm complexity analysis and performance optimizationStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills, teamwork skills
