Job Summary

Responsible for designing and conducting experiments toward the development or improvement of custom polymer compounds. Responsible for developing a testing plan, and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results. Three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.

Essential Functions

·       Develops with guidance, products adhering to customer specifications, quality, and operational goals and standards.

·       Actively participates in materials testing to facilitate scale up to production.

·       Contributes to product platform development through application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis.

·       Supports marketing and sales through development of product and application data. 

Education and Experience

·       Bachelors-Chemistry or equivalent background.

·       2 years above related experience
