Responsibilities The Opportunity The Experience Consumer Research Assoc Manager is responsible for overseeing the Experience Consumer Research team in Mexico Capability Center to ensure exceptional Consumer Research service is provided for Americas. This role will coordinate with in-market team leads, serving as the primary touchpoint for R&D leadership to provide feedback, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities to drive for speed-agility ensuring quality and on-time delivery output. Your Impact As R&D Experience Consumer Research Assoc Manager your scope would consist of: Project Manager of Consumer Research Transformation for Americas– including managing timelines, coordinating with category and sector teams, leading delegation of projects, measuring key success metrics, establishing best practices for future expansion into Eastern World. Influence/Consult/Execute Collaborate with Digital and Data Solutions and EXPerience to create new tools and automated solutions to enable speed and savings for Consumer Research Transformation Decide/Consult/Execute Work closely with 3rd Party vendors to execute research studies, build new statistical and reporting capabilities within them (i.e. autoreports) and determine simplified ways to connect processes and data Decide/Execute Provide progress reports, flag issues with senior stakeholders in Service Delivery team and EXP. Generate User Stories for future improvements Influence/Consult Work closely with Service Delivery and EXPerience Director to implement, promote & execute EXPerience Transformation vision and mission. Influence/Execute Be a digital ambassador for data quality and making our data more silver-ready for digitization goals in the future. Generate global data standard template for EXPerience- Influence/Execute Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in any relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Data Science, Sensory science, Statistics) preferred with a strong theoretical background in statistical analysis techniques, Sensory, and processes. 4-6 years of work experience in a consumer research/insights role preferably in an FMCG environment dependent on degree Advanced English skills - is a MUST (this is a global role) Deep knowledge of data analysis and process for Sensory methodologies with strong background in Quantitative research methods. Digital Transformation knowledge is a plus. Horizon scanning and ability to implement in-house cutting-edge consumer transformation methods. Good understanding/appreciation of the broader business environment and application of technical and commercial knowledge Comprehension and ability to execute on relevant digital technologies impacting business operations.
