R&D Fragrance Technology Development Intern **R&D Fragrance Technology Development Intern** The R&D Fragrance Technology Development team in Versoix location in Geneve, is looking for an intern like you who is keen on putting the formulation theorical expertise that you learnt at university into practice. Reporting to a manager, you will be joining the Fragrance Design Team, working on several projects to serve Coty’s Industry Leading Luxury & Mass Brands. RESPONSIBILITIES As our R&D Fragrance Technology Development Intern you are responsible for research, innovation and product development. During your 12-month internship your focus will be to support the team for general evaluation work, market product reviews, stability assessments, base business reformulation reviews, consumer study preparations. An end-year study project opportunity will also be available. Your main focus: + Preparation of evaluation sessions and associated documents + Supporting evaluations for base business, new fragrance developments, new technologies and chassis, stability and QC + Preparing competitor or market reviews across categories and geographies for Fine Fragrance, Body Care, Skin Care & Home Care + Preparing olfactive mappings for relevant markets and brands + Helping to prepare bulks & samples, e.g. for consumer testing and marketing teams + Supporting the lab team + Creative input on fragrance development for Beauty and Home Care Categories + Ensure weekly reporting during connects with your manager Our people make us who we are.
