R&D FSQA Digital Programs Sr Analyst
Overview Location can be any R&D location globally. This role will be the Business Process Owner for the Sonar digital hazard assessment tool and capabilities, as well as Material Classification Data Steward supporting the MRT. Associate will coordinate deployment, define new capabilities, liaise with IT developers and R&D users, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Associate will coordinate deployment and onboarding in new sectors and support updates for the application as currently deployed in existing sectors. Associate will develop new Sonar capabilities that enhance and improve end user experience. Associate will collaborate with other systems and program holders to ensure Sonar is compliant with the Global Ingredient Standard and is compatible with food safety hazard characterization processes such as the Material Risk Tool (MRT). It will be the associate’s accountability to define Food Safety Approver priorities in the overall Sonar project roadmap, engage with the Food Safety Approver roles and other R&D stakeholders, align with IT on feature specifications, and own all pre-aligned rollout activities. Associate will also engage with senior stakeholders, driving Change Management initiatives and influencing the Food Safety and Quality perspective on related digital tools and capabilities. Specific tasks: Align with new sector teams to define deployment plan end-to-end, including preparation and hypercare. Facilitate user inquiries and respond to Frequently Asked Questions, maintaining user training and reference resources. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, especially with the MRT and R&D Data Governance. Evaluate business needs to identify features that deliver on Sonar’s effectiveness. Assess related change request to Food Safety data: material classification, hazard classification, etc. Serve as technical resource for existing and ad-hoc Food Safety digital projects. Weekly publishing of reference data (e.g MSL to SharePoint) Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $72,900 - $122,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a technology Subject Matter Expert, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing all aspects of applicable technician roles. Experience with hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls Food Safety Management Systems. Knowledge of the Global Ingredient Standard, Global Allergen Standard, and Food Safety procedures; comprehension of biological, chemical, and physical food safety hazards Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI and Azure. Demonstrated expertise in database management. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality Differentiating Competencies Required Proven strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities through digital acceleration. Provides excellent project management within multi-disciplined teams. Demonstrates the ability to coach and mentor project teams, aligning project deliverables with the project roadmap.
