We are building AI powered products aiming to half the time of developing new therapeutics **_About Growing with us_** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in AI and software development to lead the development of our innovative AI-powered software products. As a key member of the product management team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that meet the complex needs of the pharmaceutical industry. As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for digital products, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact. Immediately, this TPO role is to lead the development and delivery of LLM powered Clinical Study Report automatic authoring. Ideally, the candidate should have previously CSR authoring experience and strong background in biostatistics, a good understanding of current LLM’s capability and limitation. Going forward, we have strong ambitious to automat most of health authority required documents using GenAI and LLM. The success delivery of these GenAI products will lead to multimillion dollar savings and potentially multibillion added value as it will reduce the clinical trial critical path timeline. **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for AI-powered software products, aligning with the strategic goals of the company + Work closely with AI engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements + Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the needs of users, stakeholders, and technical constraints + Ensure the alignment of product development with regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry + Facilitate agile development processes, acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders + Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep the product at the forefront of innovation in AI and healthcare + Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the product meets the needs of its users and adheres to high usability standards + Manage product lifecycle from concept through development, release, and continual improvement + Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective + Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint **_About you_** **Education:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field + Nice to have background in CTD authoring **Experience:** + Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-focused environment + Strong understanding of AI, machine learning technologies, and their applications in the pharmaceutical industry + Strong understanding of LLM and associated applications, RAG, prompt engineering techniques, etc. + Experience with agile development methodologies and tools + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels + Knowledge of regulatory environments relevant to pharmaceutical software products is highly desirable **Languages:** + English **_Why choose us?_** **We provide a highly** **open and** **collaborative environment, with an opportunity to work with a world class team.
