R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Job Description:1.Test planning, design test cases, execute test cases and automatic test development, work close with developer and multi-disciplinary team members.2.Develop test tools and scripts to improve product quality and test efficiency, and ensure high quality before products release.

Qualifications for the role

Candidate Profile:1.Bachelor degree (BSc) / master degree (MSc) in a relevant technical education like computer science, control technology, or electronics engineering.2.Familiar with C/C++/C# programming skills, at least one.3.Familiar with using more than one scripting language, such as shell, python.4.Experience in black/white box test, automation test or test development is preferred.5.Know the test procedures and test strategies, test case design methods, and test framework. 6.Good learning competency and self-motivation.7.Good team player in a collaborative team.
