Job Title: R&D Lab Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated R&D Lab Technician for a contract position. This role operates on the 1st shift and requires approximately 20 hours per week. You will report to the R&D Manager and support all aspects of product development. Your responsibilities will include blending and preparing raw ingredients/product samples according to formulas and processing standards. You will perform various analytical tests, set up and facilitate product cuttings, and manage day-to-day lab activities related to projects and administrative support. Additionally, you will obtain ingredient and product samples, prepare and ship samples, and manage lab inventory, cleaning, and equipment support.
