Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:Application of fluid dyanmics principles to optimize sensor performance.Collaborate with R&D team to develop innovative solutions.Perform associated calculations, control logics, and system description.Building analytical/numerical models to effectively identify & solve problems.Utilize CAE tools for detailing and analyzing design.Modify the design to meet customer requirements /new product trends and eliminate malfunctions.Conceptualize and communicate effective solutions to stakeholders.Evaluate the product's overall performance, reliability, and safety.Canditate will independently manage tasks within projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Get actively involved in a full lifecycle product development, including prototyping manufacturing and testing.Attend training sessions, meetings, and ad-hoc sessions to stay up to date with relevant understanding for PendoTECH products.
What You Need to Succeed• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Thermal Engineering/Fluid Dynamics. • Proven 4+ years of working experience in mechanical engineering. • Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools (e.g. AutoDesk Inventor, Solidworks). • Familiarity with product simulation & optimization tools (e.g. FEA, CFD, or other). • Adequate knowledge of Statistical analysis tools (e.g.Minitab, Excel, LabView, etc). • Ability to leverage additive manufacutring equipment for quick concept demonstration. • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across matrix. • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn. • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively. • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed. • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative. • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker. • Innovative: Thinking out of the box, from different perspectives. • Effective communication – both verbal and written • A valid Passport is essential. On-site visits to the HQ, product training, etc. is envisioned in a later stage.
