Salary Range:

Job Title: Simulation Product Support Engineer
Location: US Remote or EMEA Remote
Key Accountabilities
Main responsibility will be addressing incoming PRO/II secondary support cases.Help to prioritize Changes Requests.Create detailed functional specs for changes needed in PRO/II.Create documentation for new features.Help to create video clips on new features.Create Technical bulletin to demonstrate PRO/II calculation procedures.Provide technical knowledge sharing sessions to internal and external customers.Customer facing may be reduced to UGM or occasional visit to customer as business may need.Measures of Success
Achieving and maintaining secondary support response time and customer satisfaction metrics.Team Level: Achieving and maintaining project success criteria and metrics.Proactive contribution to continual review and improvement of team’s capabilities and processes.Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum of a B.S in Chemical Engineering with a higher degree strongly preferred.Experience as Process Engineer in Oil & Gas / Chemical Industry.Familiarity with API recommendations and other common industrial practices.Familiarity and/or working knowledge of PRO/II is desirable.Ability to balance practical versus theoretical solutions and the knowledge to apply practical solutions when required.Excellent written, verbal presentation and graphical communication skills with great depth of experience of collateral development, formal documentation, presentation development and delivery.Communicates clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences with the ability to be succinct and concise.Good communication skills with the desire to work with a dispersed team across multiple time zonesDesirable
