Our client, a leading research organization, is seeking a R&D Program Manager to join their team. As a R&D Program Manager, you will be part of the Administrative Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** R&D Program Manager
**Location:** Stanford, CA (Hybrid 1-2 days on campus)
**What's the Job?**
+ Develop and implement project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Plan and execute communication strategy across multiple channels.
+ Manage day-to-day activities of pilot projects and their subcontracts.
+ Assist with the development and submission of progress reports and grant applications to the NIH.
+ Organize outreach activities, including events and conferences, to promote the center's mission.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to create and submit documentation materials to the NIH.
+ 2-3 years of experience with NIH grants preferred.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to take initiative on projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
