Our client, a leader in the food industry, is seeking a Food Technologist to join their team. As a R&D Project Manager, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Food Technologist
**Location: Gainesville, Georgia**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage a variety of programs, projects, and resources related to product lines and customer needs.
+ Recommend, initiate, and manage new projects and programs.
+ Develop and utilize new processes and formulations in coordination with technical staff.
+ Communicate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and customers.
+ Stay updated on current scientific developments in the food industry.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related degree preferred.
+ A minimum of three to five years’ experience in the food industry.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Good understanding of FDA and USDA regulatory guidelines.
