We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our workforce planning related to clinical development in the role of R&D Resource Management & Process Improvement Lead within Corporate Development Finance and Digital Technology, to join us in our team located in Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK.

If yes, we are on the hunt for a dynamic leader to spearhead our clinical development workforce planning, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives collaborating closely with the clinical development teams. In collaboration with clinical development teams and other key stakeholders, you will enhance and develop a dynamic forecast of FTE’s required for the clinical Book of Work, considering the portfolio and strengths and weaknesses of existing tools.

 

Who you’ll work with

Clinical Development teams within the organisation.

Planning & Resource Management teams.

Other stakeholders within the clinical development end to end cycle.

 

What you’ll do

Working closely and in alignment with the clinical development teams, develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end development cycle, processes, interfaces, challenges, workflows, and best practices within current ways of working. Analyse current processes and dependencies around workforce planning, related primarily to the development teams to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for workforce planning related to clinical development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders primarily within the development teams and present data driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.Connect externally to gain insights and intelligence on the latest trends.

Influence diverse stakeholders, facilitate consensus, and foster collaboration to achieve a unified approach.Possess a deep understanding of the entire clinical development lifecycle, including the work done by various development teams within the value cycle and their interactions and interdependencies.Demonstrate the ability to build networks and connections both internally and externally.
